First year of the Lark and first year of the Lark Pillar-less two door coupe. In 1959 Studebaker sold 122 RHD larks in Australia. In 1961 a Lark won its class at the Armstrong 500. The regal was the top of the range in the Lark model line up for 1959.
It is a Regal so has all the up market options like interior light switches on the back doors. In September 1992 the motor put a leg out of bed punching the conrod through the side of the block just in front of the starter motor.
