A stunning antique Victorian French ladies bonnet from 1880's. The condition is very good to excellent. The wire frame is covered with a deep blue velvet which gathers all round the front and at the back in an inset of beaded and sequined horsehair.
A wonderful French spencer jacket from the 1800ths. Made of stunning silk, velvet and lace in superb condition. It is made from a gorgeous, deep rich purple coloured watered silk velvet fabric, with a cream/ivory silk fabric lining and inset, wonderful handmade lace, half sleeves and cuffs.
This bonnet is in wonderful condition for its age. It has two chin ties which are the originals and still in great condition. There is some velvet worn off at the back of the bonnet but doesn't take much again from the bonnet at all.
This gown has had velvet ribbons added to it to make it halter neck, but these could be removed if you prefer to wear as a strapless gown. Would look fabulous as a costume for an Old Hollywood Theme Night (Last pic shows Hollywood actress Rosemary Clooney wearing a fishtail style black dress in the movie White Christmas).
