During transit though some of the fins were bent, liquid metal left on the heatsink splashed onto the other heatsink pieces, and there was liquid damage not shown in pictures. All easily fixed, but make sure the liquid metal is secured/cleaned off before shipping and update ebay pictures as needed next time.
