service and product okay but disappointed that what arrived did not match the picture. Let me explain - I bought this thermostat to keep with my classic car for future generations, based on the photo description because the packaging is important especially when all the models it fits are listed on the card. Now, what arrived was simply in a small box, not on card as shown, with only a part number on it - which may or may not be correct for the car. Oh well, rant over....

The item is totally correct and 1970's & of UK manufacture, as per ebay's duplicate listing policy I can only list any certain item once otherwise my items will be removed for being in breach and my account restricted. I usually try to take multiple photos to prevent an anorak moment happening & always add all the part numbers to the listing at the bottom. I am sorry you feel disapointed & we won't be able to trade again because most of my listings are like this, adios
