This item most likely good for it's original purpose however, it has been suggested as a good earth grounding item for individuals. This is not a good item for earth grounding. It breaks up and tears easily and will feel like small hard pieces of metal on your bed or where ever you use it. It is almost impossible to get off your mattress or what it is stuck on.
