The communication between the seller and myself was good but unfortunately the 9Drive that was delivered to me did Not work!! The packaging used for this item was useless and did not protect what was inside so it could have been damaged in transit. I was asked to return the item for a full refund but was unaware that it would cost me £16.45 that was nonrefundable. I won't be using this seller again 🤦
