    Never Every Received Product from-Shipper !!!

    I ordered this product Vol. 1 & 2 from the affor named shipper and even though their tracking indicated the product had been delivered to my Post Office- I never ever received the product so I am out the money I invested/paid for the product. I will never ever order from them again. They would not refund my money. I will continue to seek other remedies. This should never happen and I have never encountered such service-or should I say lack of service. I have files a case but as of yet-to no avail.
