Seller willfully misled customers about the postage date. Advertised themselves as back from holidays on 3 January so as to cash in on all of the Boxing Day spending. When that day rolled around, they went back in and set a new two-week holiday period beginning the 3rd and advised it would actually be an additional two weeks. If I'd known in advance they would set my project back a month I could have waited to spend all of that time comparing prices and got it much cheaper in the January sales.
