Seller is awesome. Very responsive, great value product. However, they shipped via Aramex, who took FIFTEEN DAYS to deliver - and even then dropped the package off at some collection point. Love the seller, hate the delivery company. Next time, use Australia Post guys, because nothing is cheap if it doesn’t do the job.

items are good as described. Seller is little like robotic as its like they have an AI replaying for them. so communication is useless. They also send the item Aramex and that's company is awful. They should have sent these in a envelop as Snail mail and gotten here quicker and probably cheaper. I would not buy from them again purely on bad customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FEOM THIS SELLER!!! I purchased a guppy breeding box, This item was labelled 'brand new' but the condition of the packaging was far from brand new and the item was broken into several pieces upon arrival. Messaged seller and they wanted me to use it or register to some else who could use it. They would not offer refund or replacement. I put in a return request with the seller, to which they never responded. I finally received a refund via eBay, due to the sellers non-response.
