Received item as described. But could have packed it better by putting it in a larger box and put some type of packing around the item. Shipping was very fast and the seller did give me a heads up there might be some delays, which there were none. The item did fit my need in the space I have. Even though it's a straight up regular keyboard. It would have been nice to have some printed instructions on all its features. Excellent seller, would buy from again.
