This Product is just 1 or 2 “Ferrell Trumpet’s” away from GREATNESS!!!
The product it’s self is of good quality and I’m glad I bought the kit, however: Here’s what the company, in my humble opinion, needs to do to become the #1 DIY Control cable kit. These guys are so close to having a 5 star kit, here’s the way I see it. Two things were missing from the kit they sent me. Number 1, my kit came with 2 or 3 different sized barrel ends to choose from to install on the end of the cable, but there was only one trumpet Ferrell with which to secure the barrel to the end of the cable! To my mind, there really should have been one trumpet ferrell for every barrel, here’s why: After I installed one of the barrels/trumpet ferrell to my cable I discovered I was gonna have to switch to a smaller barrel. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the trumpet ferrell I had just installed was now usable for the second barrel, and was the only one supplied in the kit! What would it cost the company to have included two additional trumpet ferrell’s? $.25 to $.50 cents at the most? I spent a couple of hours and $15.00 in gas trying to find a trumpet ferrell, but no luck! It’s now been ten days since the Control cable kit arrived and I still can’t finish assembling the cable, all because I don’t have one ”trumpet ferrell!”. Number 2, I don’t know why this company chose not to include any assembly instructions with this kit, I just know they didn’t. If they had only included a parts list showing which parts were meant to work together than I’d know the answer to this question lol! Geez guys get it together please! And while you’re at it, would you please send me two trumpet ferrell’s? That’d be great, thanks!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
