Delivery, even though it was within time frame stated, took longer to get from the closest airport 38km away from my place than it took to get from NY in the States to the airport. I watched it through tracking to go to a location where it stayed for 5 days. It looked like that a decision was made not to deliver it because it was still in the delivery time frame. As far as I am concerned need to get a different delivery agent
