Shipped envelope was sealed and perfectly intact, so the damage HAD to have be on the item at the time of packing. I have never left negative feedback on Ebay but after messaging the seller and not getting an answer or resolution for 9 days I decided to keep the item, tape up the case, and be done with it. It was also implied at one point that the item I showed photos of was not what they shipped.
