    SD card appears to be a copy, but seems to work fine at this point

    My guess is that this is a copy since there are no labels on the SD card. That being said, it's hard to say if it is the latest version without doing extensive searches on latest routes and points of interest. So far it looks good, and definitely works (no bugs, etc.) so I have no reason at this point to rate it less than 5 stars. Lincoln wants $150 to send me their copy so at $30 it's a no-brainer. With Garmin giving free updates on their products, it's absurd that Lincoln wants you to pay for their upgrades, especially since Garmin has a much better user interface, and you don't have the stop the car to perform many GPS search functions.

    Easy to install but very slow loading data

    To use this product, it's a simple remove one SD card and put the A9 SD card in its place. I have an 2013 F-150. When I want to use the Navigation features, however, the data and mapping take a very long time to load. I'm talking about up to 5 minutes. The time varies for some reason and it does eventually complete the data load, but often I'll be driving when it finally is displayed. I'm not sure what's up with this, but the product does work albeit not as fast as the A8 SD card.

    A9 navigation SD card

    Installed in 2013 Focus with no problems and works great. Delivery was also quick. My only issue is that it was advertised as a "Ford" product but, it didn't have a "Ford" logo on it. We upgraded from an A4 card to this A9. The A4 card did have a "Ford" logo on it......

    Exactly like getting from the factory but much cheaper

    This product is the exact upgrade. One needs to make sure the supporting software from Ford/Lincoln is updated to the proper level to make the product work properly.

    Excellent product at an excellent price

    Works flawlessly. Best deal ever. Very fast delivery especially since we are experiencing postal upheaval across Canada. Very easy to install, just remove the old card and plug in the new one and it installs it's self.
