Very pleased with the product,just what I wanted. Seller said delivery 24th to 26th. I tracked it 5 days from Q/land to Welshpool Perth arrived at 8. 30am on Sun 21st. So expecting it around 24th, I got it on the 29th. 5 days from Q/land to Welshpool then to Cunderdin 9 days ( 160Kms or about 1.- 3\4 hours by car.) Seller had the days right but was out of his control, once it entered W.A . He done his part

I ordered 5 ice cream containers, a box arrived there was only 2 items in box. I emailed seller suggested send me another 5 and invoice me for the 2 I had. or just send me 3 missing ones. No answer. I was not sure he received email. I went to contact him again wrote out everything put my email addy in, would not send because of my address shown and was against eBay policy. deleted most of email asked just for the 3 missing containers from my order, no answer.

We responded to the first message asking for the order number as you messaged from a different user ID, so we could not find the order.
Then you messaged again stating we had not replied so we resent our first reply.
Once we received the requested information from you we replied immediately to advise we had sent the 3 containers that we had accidently overlooked.
