    A worthwhile investment

    Really nice lense for the money. Remember it's manual focus. The manual focus ring is nice and large. It take a few seconds to get the correct focus, but real easy. The focal length lock ring doesn't really lock it. You can still move it in the locked position, but it requires some effort. I've used it for astrophotography and have not had a problem. Evertyhing stays in place, fairly easy to use and take great pictures. It a worthwhile investment. So far I really like it and you should too.
