Opted to bench test sub again before shipping and communication was exceptional throughout the process. Packing was a true work of art—double boxed with halved pool noodle bumpers lining all sides of the unit inside. Also drew doted lines on shipping carton to instruct where to cut to open so as not to damage the sub. Above all, item was exactly as described in perfect working order.
