    i USE A SP60 WATT SOLDERING IRON MY 2 IRON TIPS TO CLEAN OLD SOLDER BALLS OFF SIS 968 CHIP WITH SOLDER 3.5mm BRAID, AFTER 24 TRIALS I HAVE NOT LOST A PAD. WITH A SP80 WATT SOLDERING IRON I HAVE LOST PADS ON SIS 968 CHIP WITHIN A DOZEN TEST.
