    Great way to upgrade slow Dell Inspiron 1300 and other Laptops....

    Despite the 533 Mhz memory bus speed shown, this plugged into my Inspiron 1300(400 Mhz memory bus) and has worked reliably ever since. Be sure to dust out he heatsink and use the supplied heat sink compound as it runs a little warmer than the 1.6 Ghz Celeron it replaced. A great upgrade that took minutes to fit.

    Toshiba M200 Portege upgrade

    I installed it on a Toshiba M200 Portege on the hopes that it would be able to run windows 10. Windows 10 would install but upon boot up it would get stuck at the loading page and go no further. I would assume that there is a setting somewhere either on the windows installation of maybe in a custom bios to make it work which I am not technically inclined to achieve. It still works well on windows 7 just like the original cpu so I kept it installed.

    If you have a 1.7 or 1.8GHZ Processor Don't bother upgrading

    The Intel Pentium M M770 2.13GHz Single core processor is the fastest processor available for many Socket M Laptop motherboard's such as the HP Compaq NC6120 which I use in the Garrage as my diagnostic Laptop it originally had a 1.86ghz pentium M but I decided to max it out as its showing its age a little bit. It is slightly faster but I suggest buying a laptop with at least a core duo processor as the single core processor world sadly is coming to a close as programs get more advanced and so does flash player. So if you want something thats fast go for a dual core laptop

    Upgrdae CeleronM 370 to Pentium M770 cheap

    If you have an old laptop with Celeron 370, then go for this Pentium M770. It's a cheapest way to upgrade to your old laptop. Of course, it's still a single core CPU, but it's already much better than your old Celeron 370. The old problem is your CPU fan may spin a bit faster, as it generate more heat than the slow Celeron 370.
