It is all in very fine print despite there being large areas of blank paper. The diagrams are also very fine and it is hard to know what they are about because the headings are also in fine print. I needed the instructions as the main part was not correctly assembled and it would not empty the normal way. After a few tries I got it right.

Wrapping an elastic band around the button and the filter, on a brand new $450 vacuum cleaner, to operate it, is ridiculous...very disappointed.

Over 2 weeks and the item was still not posted, after sending a query they said the item will be sent out shortly and tracking details to follow however a few more days later and they’ve refunded the purchase. I did not ask for a refund just want the item. It’s not out of stock as they’re still selling the item.

What did annoy me is eBays convoluted discount system that presented me with 10% off for afterpay but did not show up the $25 discount for eBay plus members so I missed out on that. Why do I need to select and add in a code for something I have paid for and the eBay system already knows that. I will have to be more careful in the future or paying for plus will be a joke.

Good reliable brand, quick delivery, versatile unit
Not the easiest to empty, but everything else a standard finish and expectation with this brand. Love the ability of it being compact for small messes or car use whilst still being able to use as a normal vacuum. Docking station very helpful with storing.

Great back up vac
This is my 3rd purchase for a multi storey house and garage. While the engineering and performance are excellent, unfortunately low battery life means that as little as one year later battery needs replacing. I called Dyson to discuss but only option is to buy another battery and from Dyson I was quoted $79. Recommend not using max power to lengthen battery life.

I love the convenience of this machine and how light it is. Also how you can pull it apart to use in different ways. The only minor setback is the run time about 15 min. But it's enough to do a quick freshen up of carpets and the suction power is great. I am so happy I purchased one.
