Seller was very diligent in sending replacements until one finally arrived via UPS instead in great condition on the third try. Seller was away during part of the time but he kept in frequent communication to rectify the situation until he could return to straighten everything out and get the printer delivered by a different carrier. Customer service was excellent.

    Love it

    I bought this because we're part year residents in AZ where the humidity is low and every time I install new ink cartridges in my ink jet printer, 2/3 of it dries up! Decided on laser based on that. Printer is large but everything else about it is fantastic. Responsive, easy set up, good price, good print quality, good software, lightweight. I would have liked a color printer but the price was too high to justify for home use.

    Good enough for the money.

    It came with a CD. Who uses those anymore? Downloaded the installation program and it took longer than it should to set up. It’s an economical printer that just meets our needs.

    Glad I got this Brother to replace my HP deskjet

    I only used it once so far, but it has toner in it and printed faster than the lousy HP desk jet variant it replaced. I was worried it would be a battle setting it up since I have an HP laptop, but no; it sorted itself out before I could even get my blood pressure up. This was a floor model so a couple of minor cosmetic blemishes but in great shape and packaged really well for shipping. Print quality is fine; I'm not doing artwork. I just need my printer to work when I need it. HP desk jets have failed me time after time after time. VERY HAPPY with seller, and very happy with product.

    My First Laser Printer a Welcome Improvement Over Inkjets

    I was fed up dealing with my 4 year-old HP Envy failing to print and producing an error message telling me to change the cartridge and then upon inserting a new, OEM HP-61xl replacement still would not recognize the cartridge as new so I stepped up to laser. After reading numerous tech reviews of modest-priced lasers, I zeroed in on the Brother 2395 black-only since I never used the color on my Envy unless I printed hyperlinks. The footprint is about the same as the Envy, only much higher, It's much faster than the Envy, hasn't suffered any paper jams yet, and is relatively quiet. The only drawback I've experienced after several weeks of what I consider to be light use, is occasionally needing to reboot my router mostly after the printer has sat unused for several days.
