Pokémon gameboy color
As with any Gameboy Color this is a great handheld but with a nice color scheme and Pokémon theme. Not a big Pokémon fan myself and I love the look but I bought it as a gift for someone who is a fan and they love it even more. We both have multiple GBCs and this is both our favorite. The only real negative as with most handhelds of this era is screen visibility, unless you are in a tanning bed you may have to move around or angle the screen to see well. The positives are many but include: Nice form and fit Nice graphics for the time and platform Good battery life Durable Good sound Backwards compatible with GB And most importantly... the games. There were around 500 games made, but with backwards compatibility there are way over 1000 games for the system. You get all the big Nintendo names: Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Pokémon, and Metroid. But there are so many others like Dragon Quest/Warrior, Bionic Commando, Shantae, Metal Gear.... and of course it the best way to play Tetris ever. In the end, sure it can’t touch the newer handhelds like the 3DS for ability, but it’s not all about ability...It’s about fun, and this amazing little machine can stand tall with the best when it comes to what is most important.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
