I really love the series but this was a let down, it says it's a box set but all I got was a small dvd collection that does contain them all. I was really hoping to get the box set as advertised and that I paid for not what I got. Also don't think it was worth the price I paid for it.

This would have been 5 star positive feedback, item was exactly as described, correct region, postage time was decent when sent and packaging was fantastic. But I have to take points away as I'd placed my order and after a week or so, contacted them to find that it wasn't actually in stock and stock was still on the way. Granted the stock wasn't far away but I still think it's poor business practice to not flick a quick message to a customer to tell them to expect delays. Otherwise good service.

I bought the Child's Play 4k bluray collection box set, outstanding seller, unbelievable price, and arrived in 6 business days. This is a great box set - sometimes I'm disappointed with box sets as the packaging is flimsy or the disc's are annoying to get out of the package. The manufacturers have thought out the packaging, as the cardboard is very sturdy, and the top slides off to allow each disc to be accessed without damaging the exterior. Each of the movies has a reproduction movie poster.

Well packed, but item had creases (presumably sent this way) to four corners of the slip cover. The Seller stated that this item was 'In Stock' and 'Immediate Shipping' would be provided but the item took a week to be posted. Customer service commitments (100% customer satisfaction was stated in the item description) should be honoured. For example, responding to my emails. Finally, I paid for Express Post, but this was delivered by Parcel Post.
