    I paid $14.40 for shipping, these glasses arrived COD! I had to pay $26.92 to the USPS!!! He was able to tell me she only paid approximately $7.00 for shipping. I've never had this happen before where I paid for shipping TWICE. Plus lets be very clear. These glasses are NOT NEW. In fact, they aren't even clean.

I paid on May 6th and the seller did not mail it out until the 16th. I would never use this seller again. They were deceptive. I will be reaching out to ebay for a refund.
