Reflector light bulb packaged in an a5 padded envelope. Only shards arrived. Seller sent a replacement. Again only in a padded envelope. Lamp arrived intact. The time required for traceable express shipping to commence in sydney (4-5 days after order) suggests that either the item location advertised as sydney is incorrect OR the seller is extremely slow with shipping. Sellers English is poor, communication prompt but requiring numerous interactions.
