    Sorry to hear that. Item was sent out in a padded mailer with a clear shipping label pouch covering the opening so I'm surprised that it was open. I'm glad the product wasn't missing.

    The item description was so misleading in that it listed several colors and there was no way to isolate the color I wanted. I wrote the seller who guaranteed she would deliver the color I wanted and she did. So I am delighted to actually get what I wanted. The condition was new.

    Thanks for your positive feedback & your business is much appreciated. I don't believe though, that the title is misleading. I needed to highlight that these colours & items were available. In addition, the word "OR" in the title and the description indicated this as well. You were able to isolate & (correctly) make your selection through the pull-down menu.
