It wasn’t until I inquired about it that it was- when I didn’t get it on the original delivery date. Then when I received it, it was shipped in two garbage bags/ not even a box. I paid 31 dollars for shipping and it was shipped over a week after promised and in a plastic bag with the legs of the piece sticking out. I's sorry to hear about your feeling. I was very sick for few weeks and I did struggle to ship it on time because I wasn't able to drive to the UPS store. Due to the shape of the metal planter, It's difficult to find a box of that size. I use, both heavy duty black bags and card board to wrap it well. Again, sorry that this transaction wasn't upto your expectation. As you can see, I maintained mostly positive feedback so far. Have a nice day.
