The seller was responsive, and let me know they would take it back if support couldn't help. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

It was very well packed with lots of bubble wrap protecting it. There was a little snafu in the shipping in which the box was misplaced and the seller didn't notice until I asked where my item was, but it was shipped promptly after that, and my shipping cost was refunded, so we'll just call than an honest mistake.
