    Terrible communication, wire was wrapped around the fitting clearly a production fault, had no decent to compensate after I made this clear, said I would keep the item to save both of us time and them money if they would compensate me, sent me £7.30 and thought this was sufficient, ignorant seller wouldn’t buy again, doesn’t know how to be professional and keep a customer happy after the fault was theirs

    We compensate all our customers for faulty lights, however, this wasn't the case, you damaged the light yourself. But please note that we always recommend hiring a qualified electrician to install them and register your warranty.
