      Warning ...Not for Cordless phones.

      I bought this device without reading all the specifications .It said NOT for cordless phones. So i learned a lesson at least not a very expensive one) is to read everything about a product before you buy it. Only buy if you have a hard wired land phone

      Better less expensive products available

      It works the way it is supposed to. However, after buying and trying it out, I realized there are alternate devices that install in a somewhat different manner that are less expensive and more versatile in the way they operate. Regardless, the cost for this product was not that much. Thus the education was worth it.

      Easy to use

      Plug one end into your phone and the other to the receiver...then plug the device into your digital recorder. I've used these devices at work for years and it works exactly as expected.
