Belt was narrow for hubby, with the bigger belly,but the hernia cushion helped later on in recovery. The first two weeks after his Opperation the bellybutton holder was too hard to wear, after healing more he could wear the removable bellybutton support with a wider belt he received from the hospital. I think it would be good to note that the bellybutton holder is hard, not a soft cushion like I thought. It doesn't state that in the description. It was to painful to wear straight after surgery.
