They are pristine and chromed, just as pictured. Only one somewhat is able to be picked up by a magnet, so I'll call them being of a metallic material. I haven't tested them out yet. At the time, the seller offered the best value for the quantity I was looking for. I appreciate the seller's efforts in making this a smooth transaction.

Items were exactly as described and arrived in the condition as pictured. Items themselves were new but boxes were worn and shabby - to the sellers credit they did depict that in their photos.
