Tracking did not show where envelope really was due to limitations of what Ebay and USPS have set up. My PO told me it's more the illusion of tracking and that they have no really great reliability to know where the item is as there system does not physically scan the item. Anyway, needless to say it was 100% not the sellers fault but on his own dime he took care of the issue and not only that took care of it very quick
