      Plays Geat...

      This horn plays very well. The bronze body gives it a nice solid feel and warmth. The projection is great. "Coming from a vintage horn" for most of my playing experience, this horn comes quite close. It has some weight to it just like my Martin Committee. There is a great difference in the Yanagisawa's modern key work. It's quite light and very responsive. If you've played a vintage horn you will have to get used to the key placement and the new ergonomics. My hands are pretty wide so I do have to pay attention to my finger placement, once you start t to warm up it gets easier each time. Over all it's a really player I'm glad I chose this one over the competition. In my opinion It definitely has earned it's place in the top FOUR.       Amazing saxophone, Bronze all the way

      This is the nicest saxophone I have ever played and so happy to finally get one. It is phenomenal, it has clear tones with a bit of dark, the key work is fluid, and enjoy it all in all. There are several reviews out there but for me, this will be a great saxophone for either jazz or classical.
