I received my laptop in a very good packaging and on time. There was one issue that I found later that its battery wasn't functioning well and it needed to be on power cable always. when I contacted the seller for this issue, he asked for some time before a new battery can be sent. it got bit delayed and I was worried but finally I got it. I am very happy with service here. thanks to seller.
