Unfortunately I made a mistake in the ordering purchasing the wrong size. I have contacted the seller and asked to swap out to the right size sent photo to prove the product has not been used and is still wrapped in original packaging. I have not had a response I have offered to pay any extra to make the change over. I have since looked at sellers page and seen the they offer no return. The lack of acknowledgment is just rude and poor business practice.

We replied to this customer that we do not accept returns due to HEALTH CONCERNS.His photo didnt show that the part had not been used.Some customers dont like being told that they cannot do as they want.Please read the information supplied in the sellers listings BEFORE you buy.Unlike some sellers, we do not accept returns, and then resell the used part to someone else as new.This practice is not only dishonest, it is also illegal.
