    The purchased item was never shipped to me for at least two weeks. I asked the seller for a refund but I got no answer. Three days of waiting for the seller’s reply passed by before I requested eBay to act as a go-between to get my money refunded to me.. Not long afterward I was given an email message by eBay that I will be given a full refund. And they kept their word after all. I wonder if the seller in the Southeast USA had a problem because of the occurrence of that hurricane though.
