    Easy to install - just snaps in and you are done!

    I needed a motor/fan unit to replace the one I had which was still working, but old and very dirty, therefore not drawing the volume of air it should. Much easier to buy the exact replacement unit and easily install it, than to mess with installing a whole ventilation unit. Great product, fair price, and arrived in just few days. Awesome! Thank you.

    Convenient replacement

    OK replacement part. A bit of a tight fit to the old unit but it went in. Noise level a bit higher than the old one. Way better than buying a whole new unit.

    Direct product replacement. Fit in perfectly. New life to a 20 year old bathroom exhaust fan. Ordered a second replacement fan for our other bathroom. Need one more when and if available.

    Value

    Item was good I just wish the motor would have been a little quieter. As far as value goes, I could have bought the whole motor and house for less at Home Depot. Being the fan was located on the first floor it made it difficult to change the motor and housing. If I could have taken out the motor from the housing that Home Depot sells I would have but now they make it as one unit so I was stuck paying more for less.

    Easy Replacement that anyone can do.

    This is an easy replacement for anyone. It will take you longer to find your screw driver and to take the cover off than it will to unplug and replace the fan. The fan is a bit loud, but that is how it was years ago and my concern was not really that the fan ran quietly. It moves the air and does it's job. More than anything, it is a very easy replacement for a fan that has worn out on the homeowner and needs attention. You can't go wrong with this replacement and it is very economical.
