This phone was in perfect working condition when sold. When we received it however, it did not work. It won't connect. The phone message says "can't connect." We read up on problems with this phone on the internet...apparently this is a common problem with this phone when the battery is not charged on a regular basis. It was obviously not charging for several days while in the mail. We charged the battery for adequate time, and the phone still doesn't work. Others have had to buy new batteries to get the phone to work again. I would not recommend buying a used version of this phone.
i needed a cordless phone. i like vtech. i like the styling about it and all its features their is nothing idislike aboutthis phone. it does all i want it to do . it was real easy to program and set up phone numbers to redial.

I like everything about this phone. I wish everyphone in my house were like this one. It doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles that are useless for me and my 83 yr. old mother. That says it all. Oh, yes, the price is just right!
I purchased this phone because Consumer reports gave it good review because of its good sound quality. The phone would receive but not send. I got an RMA from the dealer and returned the phone to him. Too much time has passed with no action on the dealers part. No I'm not happy with this purchase, who would be. Jim
