The bail wire would not open and close properly, that can be fixed, the most glaring problem that I had with this seller is that he would never answer any of my questions. Terrible communicator, I asked about issues with the reel and got no answers. Shipped quickly and packaging was ok.

    A smart buy

    Purchased a refurbished printer that replaced a basic one that did not have a fax feature. Setup and operation was flawless. Was able to go online to download driver & manual. This printer does use same ink on hand.

    Didn't come with the ink even though it advertised it would

    The printer was supposed to come with ink but the box did not CONTAIN any of the ink so it'll cost me 86.00 dollars to be able to set it up so no iv not even been able to do the set up of the printer it's still sitting in its box
