Pretty ridiculous. Seller was very polite and apologetic, but the ladle was the only piece I actually wanted out of the two pieces in the lot. Seller offered $10 credit out of $40. I accepted rather than argue but it was really frustrating. I should have checked the ladle wrapping before shipment. I learned my lesson early on as an eBay seller that any mailing service does not handles packages with care and do my best to package breakables as much as possible. Read my feedback.
