Lightweight, compact and ease of use.
I was very impressed with this tester. Tested it on 3 various aged batteries that I compared with my old bulky load tester, and this new tester confirmed the state of charge but also the CCA available, status of charge and health of battery in % and did not put a high current drain on battery to do the test. The unit stays cool and you can pop it in your pocket. Very easy to operate and read.

Doesn't measure CCA of cold batteries or Cranking Test properly
It's quite cold here right now, under 10DegC most of the time. I hve a 1000CCA Caterpillar Calcium battery that I can stick weld with, started diesel trucks, but the meter reports just 24Amps CCA.... Yup, that's _24_ Amps CCA, and it throws sparks like you wouldn't believe. I also have a small 380CCA car battery that wasn't so good, but wa still starting the car, and the meter reports it as 50% SOH, 148CCA. Umm, no. Definately putting out more than 140CCA when it starts the vehicle. All batteries were tested out of vehicle, and the float charge taken off for 10mins with a 110w spotlight globe. The Cranking Test also appears to be well off the mark. A _Brand_New_ Exide Extreme Red Top 480CCA battery in a Suzuki Swift that specifies a 375CCA cranking battery, supposedly pulled the ... That would have reset the clock, the stereo radio channels, and probably sent a 'Check Engine' (MIL) Warning Light from the ECU! All in all, seems a waste of money. Doesn't tell me the truth about my batteries or my Cranking Systems. If you were not experienced, or less competent in 12v systems, you would be replacing fair to good condition batteries for no reason, or even demanding replacements for brand new good batteries, if you only relied on the information from this meter. I now consider all the YouTube videos are from paid "influencers" that got the item for free in exchange for good reviews.
