    The seller shipped and obviously damaged and repaired porcelain vase and when I contacted them, they immediately blamed UPS for the damage. When I shared I was disappointed in their response, they sent several unusual/vindictive messages indicating they would delay refunding my money. They also used dozens of USPS priority envelopes as bubble wrap and used the carton in which those envelopes were originally packaged as their shipping box. Just shameful!

    USPS encourages recycling products. I’ve confirmed that it’s encouraged to reuse the boxes they ship shipping supplies in. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. So. I’m sorry. I did nothing wrong. There was only a couple of the bubble wrap envelopes used. There was also reused recycled packing material. The customer has been refunded don’t know what they’re talking about me holding a refund to be vindictive. It’s actually allowed until it comes to me for inspection. I made a mistake & apologized repeatedly.
