This seller is dishonest - they advertise their product at a set price that includes shipping and then after purchasing, they request further shipping fees to send the item because they 'miscalculated' the shipping rate. This however is not your issue and requesting further money on top of what you have paid is against eBay policy. If you refuse, they put through a request that you have cancelled the order.
