The carrier had prematurely marked it as "delivered" one day before actual arrival. Buyers take note - this *can* happen. Therefore, the seller had to cancel this order pending resolution of the prior order's delivery issue. Would buy from this seller again - excellent communication! PS - The original order's item that was finally received was in perfect condition, a great value and very securely packed.

They ensured I would be okay with this and alternatively offered me a refund. I really only care about watching the DVD's, so it worked out. The seller and I stayed in constant contact with each other. No fault of the seller at all. Again, I highly recommend this seller!!!
