When you need a head light this one is unbeatable for the price.
Hello there my world family! This head light came unboxed without instructions but, you don't need them. Well, I didn't need them. It uses 3 AAA batteries which are inside the lamp. There is a black button that faces down. Press that to open the case and the batteries go there. There are three stretchy bands that keep it on your head. Slide the loops over the double hooks to secure them to the light. It's made of plastic and doesn't feel very thick. Hopefully it's durable. There are three settings, Hi, low and flash. For the cost it's an amazing price. I hope that helps. ME
