Perfect fit for my 1997 civic d16y5 (d16y7) had a code p0420, Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold. Problem was old exhaust manifold had a crack down the middle towards the O2 sensor. ( common problem on 96-00 civic ). So I just replaced that with this oem style exhaust manifold and catalytic converter combo, installed at home. ( tip : use PB oil spray for that rust, spray rusted bolts and nuts overnight ) everything fit and cleared code, working 100% now. Very happy with results 5 star !

Does not fits 2000 Honda civic CX D16y7. In order to fit you have to notch the block to create clearance....very disappointed! Construction otherwise is ok. No returns, so I'm stuck with it. All they had to do was take bit of time and double check clearances. I seriously can't be the only one who's run into this problem.

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
