Those big boxes are so easy to crush/crunch, just like hubby's wallet, big box in pristine condition. So far no troubles w/international purchases (but I still worry some.) Communication has always been good also. A good seller that seems to work hard & does get it done w/no delays, problems w/customs or less than desirable weather conditions sometimes. They do good.
