      I didn’t have much options to choose from to send such a device to The Netherlands, so I was relieved that there was this seller between them with a great reputation. Item was send pretty soon, well packaged and pretty much as described. I don’t know if it was really “new”, but I already expected that. For the price I paid it was a really good deal! The device works and whether the results of the device are permanent I don’t know, but that is not influenced by the seller of course.
