The item was not as described in the listing at all. The white version of this phone has a gray camera piece and the one that came was black. So obviously refurbished. It was advertised as open box, which was untrue, it was sent with an after market, non-Samsung charger, in just a generic box. When I messaged the seller asking to remedy the issue they didn’t even respond until I started a return. Then ended up having to open a case with eBay to even get refunded. Don’t recommend this seller.

Absolutely positive experience! After goofing on my initial buy by not reading the description completely (no fault of the seller) the Seller gracious accepted a return with no questions asked. I then read the description and reordered the correct item (not goofing this time) and received an excellent Samsung A03s in return. i will save this seller for any future buys. i do not normally leave a detailed description on the deal, but this warranted it.

The phone I recieved was actually damaged during shipping, but seller was fantastic and extremely quick, polite, and helpful in helping me through the return process. I was issued a refund as soon as they recieved the phone back. Kinda bummed out that it came damaged, as it looked like exactly what the seller described, but it was no fault of the seller. Would definitely purchase through seller again.
